Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical company, is hiring a Production Operator Assembler I for the 2nd shift in Minnesota. You will perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, and packaging across multiple production areas, following established procedures and quality standards to produce medical device components.

You will read and follow work instructions, maintain 5S, and Crosstrain across areas while supporting ISO and cGMP requirements. Training and team collaboration are emphasised.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math, hand–eye coordination, and dexterity.
• Use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Complete production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records.
• Handle and work with cleaning chemicals safely.
• Maintain an organized, clean 5S work area.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and ISO/cGMP requirements.
• Crosstrain across manufacturing areas.
• Support and comply with Quality System and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate issues with materials, equipment, or processes promptly.
