Job summary

rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, is hiring for a Production Operator Assembler I. This entry-level role performs basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, and packaging across multiple production areas, following established work instructions and quality standards to produce medical device components.

2nd shift runs Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm. Candidates should read and follow English instructions, maintain attention to detail, and participate in continuous

Qualifications

• Entry-level role following procedures and quality standards.
• Must read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• 2nd shift: Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm.
• Crosstrain across manufacturing areas.
• Familiarity with ISO, FDA, cGMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection using measurement tools.
• Assemble, package components and medical devices per customer specs.
• Operate production equipment per work instructions and processes.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area following 5S principles.
• Support quality system, training, and regulatory requirements.
