Job summary

rms Company is a Cretex Medical company specializing in contract manufacturing of medical implants and components. The Production Operator Assembler I supports machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging, and quality compliance across multiple production areas.

The 2nd shift runs Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm, with responsibilities including inspection, documentation, and adherence to ISO/cGMP requirements. Training and 5S discipline are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math, hand–eye coordination, and dexterity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Complete production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records.
• Operate production equipment per work instructions and monitor quality and machine performance.
