Qualifications

• Candidate has experience in regulated medical device manufacturing environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and process issues.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Support daily value stream operations; setup, operate and troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration to meet production schedules.
• Monitor processes for efficiency and quality; address issues promptly.
• Prepare workstations and tools; minimize downtime and waste.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment and process problems quickly.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to resolve complex issues.
• Document issues, actions, and results for continuous improvement.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure FDA/ISO 13485 compliance.
• Maintain records of inspections, tests, and QC documentation.
• Train new staff and mentor junior technicians.
• Ensure SOPs, safety regs and QMS compliance are followed.
• Participate in Lean/Six Sigma activities to reduce costs and improve quality.
