Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic math and precise measurement skills.

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or related environments.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with production documentation or electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging.
• Operate equipment, tools, and measurement devices safely.
• Prepare, measure, mix, and handle materials per work instructions.
• Monitor quality and identify nonconforming materials.
• Document manufacturing and quality activities accurately.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Cross-train across multiple processes.
• Support process improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
