Qualifications

• BS-Engineering is required, ideal Packaging, Manufacturing or Mechanical.
• 2 years as Project Manager/Leader in high-speed manufacturing (medical device, pharma, or related).
• Experience leading multi-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver on time, budget, and quality.
• Balance technical, regulatory, operational, and business requirements.
• Ensure smooth transition of new products into manufacturing and commercialization.
• Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams to meet objectives and regulatory needs.
• Own end-to-end project management including planning, launch, tracking, and risk management.
• Provide leadership and development for cross-functional teams within a matrix setup.
