Job summary

Aerotek in Vadnais Heights, MN seeks a Machine Operator for a night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. You’ll load needle inserts, monitor machines, inspect parts, and package finished components in a clean-room environment. This contract-to-hire role offers paid training, growth opportunities, and a stable full-time hours rhythm.

Work hours are 6:00 PM–6:30 AM with built-in long weekends every other week; onsite only, with benefits after hire and tuition assistance available.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Load needle inserts into injection molding machines.
• Monitor machine operation and production output.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Sort, label, and package finished components.
• Complete production documentation and follow work instructions.
