Job summary

You will trim parts, assist with simple assembly, and work closely with teammates to keep production running smoothly while learning valuable manufacturing skills. The role requires reading work instructions, following safety procedures, and contributing to a clean, efficient work area.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous manufacturing or plastic injection molding experience preferred.
• Clean room experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand production instructions and safety manuals.
• Able to perform basic math with whole numbers and decimals.
• Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to stand, bend, and move in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts within customer specs per work cell instructions.
• Run jobs efficiently with high quality and low waste.
• Package product per the packing plan.
• Visually or dimensionally inspect parts per quality standards.
• Notify supervisor of defects or equipment issues.
• Verify box labels and quantities per instructions.
• Complete production documentation and reporting.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Keep machines and work areas orderly and hazard-free.
