Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Reliability, good attendance and safety-conscious.
• Preferred: manufacturing or machine operation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions precisely.
• Operate molding presses and review work orders.
• Perform quality checks and SPC as directed.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and pack finished pieces.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety rules.
• Communicate important information to the next operator.
