Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or Healthcare discipline required
• 1 year of work experience, customer service focused
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
• Able to execute and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
• Able to interact cross-departmentally and with external customers
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines pertaining to medical devices

Responsibilities

• Participate in contract reviews to ensure accurate documentation prior to acceptance and entry
• Ensure real-time entry of service agreements post execution to meet month-end deadlines
• Forecast service activity and determine commitments for on-time delivery
• Assist with return of products requiring maintenance or field notices to ensure timely service
• Update and enhance work instructions as products and systems evolve
• Support retrieval of service loaners at conclusion of service or for ancillary needs
• Contribute to scalability of current and future products in service operations
• Support testing of new business integration projects with the Business Process Leader
• Support aging follow-ups by Operations & Finance teams
