Job summary

PRIMEBRIDGE WORKFORCE LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, install, and repair medical equipment across an assigned territory. The role requires hands-on experience with electromechanical systems, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to build positive customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will travel daily within the territory and undertake 40% overnight travel, with opportunities to participate in service contracts and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with electromechanical systems and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, installation, repair, and upgrades of medical equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective repair solutions.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and provide user training to healthcare professionals.
• Prepare repair estimates and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Support sales initiatives through customer visits, product demonstrations, and service contract opportunities.
• Develop new service contract business and manage contract renewals.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of required components.
• Travel within the assigned territory, including approximately 40% overnight travel.
