Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate traveler and quality documentation; ensure parts are traceable.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic operational issues.
• Communicate problems and solutions clearly to manufacturing management.
• Represent the company during tours and share process information.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Perform routine/preventative maintenance on equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Assist in setting cell goals and monitoring performance metrics.
