Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical company in Minnesota, seeks an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I to perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging, and support tasks across multiple production areas. You will follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards to produce medical device components and products.

1st shift is Monday-Thursday, 6AM-4PM. Responsibilities include inspection with gauges and calipers, documenting production records, and

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow English work instructions.
• Perform basic math and hand–eye coordination.
• Use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components and medical devices per customer specifications.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment used in the assembly process.
• Read and follow work instructions and quality/ISO/cGMP requirements.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness and document production records and quality checks.
• Crosstrain across manufacturing areas and communicate issues promptly.
