rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, seeks an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I in Minnesota. You will perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, and packaging across multiple production areas, following procedures to ensure medical device components meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, 5S workplace organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Training and cross-training across areas are provided to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Entry-level operator capable of following work instructions.
• Must be able to read and follow English language procedures.
• Proficiency with basic measurement tools and tools handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging and related tasks.
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area.
• Complete production records and quality checks as required.
• Read and follow work instructions and ISO/cGMP requirements.
• Cross-train across manufacturing areas and report issues promptly.
• Operate assembly and secondary equipment as needed.
