Job summary

QTS, a member of the Cretex Medical family, seeks a Production Operator Assembler II for its Bloomington, Minnesota facility. The role performs complex machine operations, assembly, inspection, and secondary processes with a focus on quality and safety.

This intermediate position requires proficiency across multiple production areas, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently while maintaining compliance with ISO/cGMP standards. First shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or cleanroom experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Complete detailed documentation and ensure ISO/cGMP compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements.
• Crosstrain and onboard new team members.
• Maintain organized, clean work area following 5S.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and quality requirements.
• Support Quality System and regulatory requirements.
