Job summary

Pro-Dex, Inc. is seeking a Production Assembly Supervisor in California to lead the assembly team, coordinate daily production, and ensure quality and compliance with procedures. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly department activities.
• Supervise production to ensure good manufacturing practices.
• Direct supervision of Assembly Department staff, including performance reviews.
• Train and coach team on procedures, testing, packaging, labeling, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate with tool setup and report issues to the assembly manager.
• Ensure verification sheets are signed and first-piece assembled.
• Report production updates to the assembly manager and establish priorities.
• Ensure trained employees work only on qualified products.
• Coordinate calibration of equipment, tools, and fixtures.
