Applied Medical is seeking a Production Supervisor - Assembly for our Las Vegas facility. You will lead daily assembly operations, oversee a team of associates, and drive safety, quality, and productivity in a regulated medical device setting.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes people development, standard work, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth and future manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven history of leading large teams.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery goals.
• Supervise and develop production employees through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization to support operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and medical device regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput, reduce defects, and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and support business growth.
• Establish standardized processes, work instructions, and training programs to build a scalable manufacturing operation.
• Support the expansion of manufacturing capabilities, including future machining and inspection operations.
