Job summary

Applied Medical seeks a Production Supervisor - Assembly in Las Vegas to lead daily assembly operations for medical device components. You will oversee assembly teams, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and coach staff to achieve production goals.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will implement standardized processes, support expansion of manufacturing capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain growth in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven history of leading large teams.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery goals.
• Supervise and develop production employees through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization to support operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and medical device regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput, reduce defects, and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and support business growth.
• Establish standardized processes, work instructions, and training programs to build a scalable manufacturing operation.
• Support the expansion of manufacturing capabilities, including future machining and inspection operations.
