ManpowerGroup is hiring Operator II/Medical Assembler in Plymouth, MN for a 2nd shift role (4:00pm–2:30am, Mon–Thu) at a leading medical device manufacturer. Work includes assembling devices in a cleanroom, using a microscope for most tasks, and maintaining precise documentation. Requires 2 years medical assembly experience and strong manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• 2 years of medical assembly experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Excellent manual dexterity for handling small components.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce high-quality medical devices within a structured cleanroom manufacturing environment
• Perform assembly, testing, and repair tasks on pacemakers, ICDs, medical leads, and related components
• Microscope use 90% of the day
• Follow established procedures to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing operations
• 80% sitting and 20% standing
• No lifting requirements
