Qualifications

• No prior experience required, experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing in a highly regulated environment preferred.
• Reliability, detail orientation, effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
• HS diploma or equivalent requirements.
• Must meet minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a collaborative production team and work with quality control and other departments to meet daily production goals.
• Complete in‑process quality checks to ensure product meets quality and regulatory standards.
• Operate SOPs, keep a clean work area, and follow shutdown and lockout requirements.
• Accurately measure, record, and document production data including Lot History Records and GMP/SPNC compliance.
