Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Medical Assembler for the St. Paul, MN area. The role operates on 1st shift, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of $18.75 per hour.

You will support cell operations, ensure procedures are followed, and participate in continuous improvement activities. Requirements include at least 6 months in a medical or regulated production environment, ability to read procedures at a 7th grade level, and comfort using microscopes and electronic data capture

Qualifications

  • 6 months of experience in medical or regulated production environments.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures at a 7th grade level.
  • Ability to use microscope 50% - 90% of the work day depending on line.
  • Ability to prioritize work and follow verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work OT on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and traveler/quality documents for traceability.
  • Follow safety guidelines and use safety devices during operations.
  • Communicate issues and improvements to manufacturing management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
  • Perform routine/preventative maintenance on applicable equipment.
  • Support divisional quality and regulatory initiatives.
