Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for an entry-level Assembler/Manufacturing Technician I in Tampa, FL to build medical devices in a climate-controlled cleanroom. You will use hand tools and production equipment, reading drawings to ensure exact specifications and tolerances are met.

Expect teamwork, a standard Monday–Friday schedule, and physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds. The role supports manufacturing operations with attention to quality, readability of instructions, and basic computer systems

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical assembly or medical device assembly is beneficial.
• Comfort with modern production systems and robots on the floor.
• Attention to detail and quality/tolerance standards.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools and production equipment to manufacture devices and accessories.
• Follow drawings and diagrams to assemble components to exact specs.
• Perform precise assembly in a cleanroom while maintaining cleanliness.
• Handle mechanical parts with care to ensure proper fit and function.
• Follow work instructions accurately and perform repetitive tasks.
