Job summary

Aerotek in Tampa, FL seeks an entry-level Assembler / Manufacturing Technician I to assemble medical devices in a climate-controlled cleanroom. Use hand tools and production equipment, following detailed drawings and diagrams to achieve exact specifications and tolerances.

Expected to perform repetitive tasks, maintain cleanliness, and operate basic production tech and software. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, onsite with benefits typical of Aerotek roles.

Qualifications

• Experience or comfort in assembly, production, or general labor environments.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom setting and follow cleanroom protocols.
• Read, write, speak, and communicate clearly in English.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for small parts.
• Basic math skills and ability to measure in English and metric.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools and production equipment to manufacture medical devices.
• Follow drawings and diagrams to assemble components to exact specs.
• Perform precise assembly in a cleanroom while maintaining cleanliness.
• Handle parts with care and ensure proper fit and function.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately.
• Perform repetitive tasks with quality and efficiency.
• Use basic computer systems on the factory floor as required.
• Conduct measurements using English and metric systems.
• Lift and move components and tools up to 50 pounds.
• Collaborate with team for smooth production flow.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks to support manufacturing.
