Zusammenfassung

Aerotek is seeking a Cleanroom Technician in Dexter, MI to assemble medical products in a regulated cleanroom environment. You will set up workstations, pull components according to the BOM, and verify that assemblies meet quality standards and specifications.

This role supports production schedules and aims to deliver high-quality healthcare products. The position requires reading detailed assembly instructions, following standardized procedures, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a regulated or production environment is required.
• Ability to read and follow detailed assembly instructions and SOPs.
• Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings.
• Experience pulling and staging components per BOMs.

Aufgaben

• Set up workstations by reading assembly instructions and gathering parts.
• Assemble subassemblies and final products according to work instructions.
• Verify specifications using rulers and measuring devices.
• Follow quality standards, work Instructions, and documented procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in the cleanroom.
• Support prototype and production builds as needed.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Identify and report non-conforming products.
