Job summary

DORC International is seeking a Medical Device Assembler to join its growing team. The role involves performing a variety of assembly operations in a clean room, reading drawings, using a microscope, and following GMP/QMS policies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, fine motor skills, and strong attention to detail, with good communication and work ethic. Preferred experience includes 1–3 years in cleanroom assembly or lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Read rulers or tape measures and cut fiber to specified measurements.
• Assemble parts according to instructions and training.
• Follow work instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Read drawings when required.
• Use a microscope for certain operations.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Complete manufacturing documents accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Use hand and power tools as needed.
• Understand product flow and GMP/QMS policies.
