Aerotek in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Assembler for medical device manufacturing on a 1st shift contract-to-hire basis. The role involves assembling devices, soldering small components, and following detailed procedures on multiple lines.

Candidates should have experience in medical/electronic assembly, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. The position is fully onsite with pay of $20/hr and comprehensive benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Soldering on small parts under magnification.
• Experience in medical device and electronic assembly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to read procedures in English.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform tap soldering and snap assembly of medical devices.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Comply with Quality System policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete administrative tasks related to business or regulatory needs.
• Report quality, process, equipment, and material issues.
• Provide hands-on training to coworkers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Occasionally work on other assembly lines.
