Qualifications

• Must be able to read, comprehend, and speak English.
• Elementary-level understanding of numerical functions.
• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Adhere to EH&S and Quality guidelines in clean room manufacturing.
• Ability to follow detailed manufacturing instructions with minimal supervision.
• Work in a team environment and take feedback constructively.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices at multiple stations following work instructions.
• Follow job instructions and SOPs; record traceable data in systems.
• Perform line clearance: clean and sanitize stations at shift start and transitions.
• Self-assess own work and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
• Arrive on time and work a full 10-hour shift.
• Other duties: general housekeeping of the work area.
