Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is hiring an Associate Machine Operator in Salt Lake City, UT. You will set up equipment, load materials, and run manufacturing processes to produce device components and sterilized metals products. You’ll follow SOPs, record data in MES, and monitor quality throughout production.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required
• Read, write, and speak English proficiently
• Prior experience with similar machinery preferred
• Good communication and basic computer skills required
• Understanding of manufacturing procedures or ISO 13485/GMP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and load materials to produce device components
• Follow SOPs and document data in MES and device history records
• Ensure equipment readiness and adjust parameters to meet quality specs
• Inspect equipment and metals products during production for process control
• Escalate equipment or process issues to leadership or engineering
• Handle chemicals with appropriate PPE and maintain safety practices
• Operate laser equipment if assigned and follow laser safety rules
