Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Utah seeks a manufacturing associate to assemble and inspect medical devices, following precise instructions and quality standards. This role supports sewing, assembly, delivery, and distribution processes to ensure on-time production and patient-focused outcomes.

You will read and follow SOPs, maintain attention to detail, and work with a team to meet safety and quality guidelines. The schedule is 5:00 AM–3:30 PM Mon–Thu with possible OT on Fridays and a 10-hour shift

Qualifications

• Able to read, comprehend, and speak English required.
• Elementary-level understanding of numerical functions required.
• Follow detailed manufacturing instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and equipment to assemble medical devices at work stations with precision.
• Review and follow work instructions, recording traceable data as required.
• Perform line clearance and sanitize work stations at shift start and transitions.
• Self-assess work and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
• Arrive on time for a full 10-hour shift and maintain regular attendance.
