Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking skilled manufacturing operatives in Draper, UT to assemble precision medical devices. You will read detailed work orders, perform tasks across sewing, assembly and packaging, and ensure quality at every step.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to EH&S standards. The position offers a 4:00 PM–2:30 AM shift with a 10% premium for second shift and OT possibility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, comprehend, and speak English.
• Elementary-level understanding of numerical functions.
• Adhere to established work instructions and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Use tools/equipment to assemble medical devices accurately and efficiently at each station.
• Perform line clearance, clean and sanitize work stations at shift start and transitions.
• Maintain traceable data entry and comply with SOPs and device history records.
• Ensure all components/tools are ready for build and participate in team feedback.
• Arrive on time, maintain regular attendance, and work a full 10-hour shift.
