Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an Associate Machine Operator in Draper, UT to set up and run manufacturing processes for device components. You will follow SOPs, record data in MES, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain quality throughout production.

The role offers 2nd shift with a 10% pay premium, plus health, vacation, sick leave, holidays, education reimbursement, and a 401K matching plan. Strong attention to safety and accuracy is essential.

Competenze

• Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some experience using similar machinery preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to use automated inspection and measuring tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing procedures or regulated environments (ISO 13485/GMP).
• Commitment to quality and adherence to safety rules.

Mansioni

• Set up equipment, load materials, and run manufacturing processes for device components and/or sterilization.
• Follow work instructions and SOPs; record traceable data in MES and device history records.
• Verify equipment readiness and adjust within approved settings to meet quality requirements.
• Inspect equipment and metals products to ensure process control and specification conformance.
• Capture process parameters for device history records and perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Select and use correct tools, fixtures, and equipment for assigned operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and escalate as needed.
• Handle chemicals as required, using PPE and following safety procedures.
• Operate laser equipment if assigned and follow laser safety rules.
