Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Lincoln, NE. You will safely drive a company vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records, and hospital supplies while maintaining accurate routing and on-time delivery.

The position offers a $17.00/hr wage with a Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri 9:00am–6:30pm schedule, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth within a nationwide healthcare logistics partner.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old with an active driver's license and 3 years driving experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Reliable and dependable with strong attention to procedures and safety.
• Ability to follow routing instructions and use technology for tracking.
• Must pass initial and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and walk/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle, safely transporting lab specimens, medical records, and supplies.
• Operate a hand-held scanner to track items through the transport cycle.
• Load/unload and maintain a clean, orderly vehicle and comply with policies.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Adapt to varying routes and collaborate with teammates and clients.
