MedSpeed, a healthcare logistics company, is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Illinois. You will safely drive a company vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records and supplies while using a handheld scanner to track items and maintain schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years old with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving and transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x‑rays and related materials.
• Operate a hand-held scanner to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload vehicles and conduct pre/post-trip inspections.
• Demonstrate safe driving behavior and teamwork across routes.
