Job summary

MedSpeed is hiring a Medical Driver to deliver specimens, supplies, and records in a company vehicle. The role requires safe driving, professional conduct, and the ability to handle varied routes and schedules.

Candidates must pass a drug screen and have a clean driving record. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits in a nationwide healthcare logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related materials.
• Operate a handheld scanner to track items through the transport cycle.
• Observe all policies, procedures and schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload vehicles with proper equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
