Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service preferred.
• Strong phone, verbal, and written communication.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Dependable with consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client calls, enter orders, and provide delivery updates.
• Review and process routed and on-demand delivery orders.
• Monitor active routes and deliveries for delays, missed steps, or potential issues.
• Complete Quality Assurance checks and follow up on missing or incomplete information.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer and delivery information.
• Communicate with Dispatch and Operations to resolve delivery issues.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Follow established procedures while using good judgment when unexpected situations arise.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, drivers, and coworkers.
