Job summary

• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health services including urgent, emergent, and preventive care for children in care.
• Schedule appointments and arrange transportation to health care visits.
• Maintain confidential medical records and communicate health needs to clinicians.
• Serve as liaison with community health care providers and ensure interpreter services are in place.
• Reconcile billing and ensure documentation compliance with licensing requirements.
• May participate in on-call support for shelter care staff after hours.
