Qualifications

• RN with a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a health-related field.
• 1 year of public health or healthcare care coordination experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred.
• Active license to provide clinical services in the state.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees health services and coordinates timely health services for children in care.
• Maintains policies for confidential health records and medical emergency response.
• Keeps accurate medical records, appointments and services per program requirements.
• Coordinates with health professionals on health standards, licensing and immunizations.
• Schedules and follows through on medical and dental services for clients.
• Creates and maintains medical records for each program client.
