You will schedule appointments, arrange transportation, ensure proper billing, and stay compliant with licensing and immunization requirements while collaborating with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in public health or healthcare with care coordination or health administration.
• Must pass annual TB test and meet immunization requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience and clean MVR check.
• Pass a criminal history check and state child protection registries.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate health services for children in care, maintain medical records, and communicate needs to case managers and clinicians.
• Schedule health care appointments and coordinate transportation; ensure interpretation/translation services as needed.
• Ensure documentation and billing accuracy; stay compliant with licensing and agency policies.
• Periodically travel to health care facilities to build relationships with providers and support care teams.
