• Uses online clinical information systems (KARE, MIPS, ADT, Master Directory, Physician Scheduling) to facilitate call management.
• Maintains staff on-call schedules and coordinates replacements.
• Participates in quality reviews and documents unusual activities.
• Identifies and resolves minor/major phone system or computer issues.
