The candidate will work under the Business Office Supervisor, maintaining compliance, and interacting professionally with physicians, staff, patients, and external representatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 2 years of medical collections experience required.
• Knowledge of medical insurance and billing terminology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat, organized work area and report safety issues promptly.
• Work efficiently, manage time, and assist others as needed.
• Communicate problems or concerns to the Business Office Supervisor or CEO.
• Perform duties accurately and meet deadlines for assignments.
• Represent BROC professionally with physicians, staff, and external customers.
