Infusion Plus is seeking a collections specialist to join our team. This individual will routinely interact with active patients to collect their copays and out of pocket responsibities. Additionally, the individual will periodically assist with collecting on aging accounts from inactive or closed charts. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare experience or exposure and experience collecting and or processing patient payments. A warm and pleasant phone personality is a must along with a can do attitude?

The candidate will be required to work on site at our Flowood, MS office on a routine basis.
