The University of New Mexico Student Health & Counseling clinic (SHAC) is seeking a knowledgeable Medical Coding Analyst to coordinate the processing of fees for professional services and to ensure documentation supports proper coding for reimbursement. The role interfaces with physicians on billing policies and procedures and is based on the UNM campus.

This regular full-time position is located in Albuquerque, NM, with an hourly pay range of $25.00–$33.00 and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Preferred: medical coding and billing experience.
