Savista is seeking a dedicated professional to support the Coding Audit Team through project management of audit tasks and collaboration with auditing colleagues.

The role requires strong ICD-10 and CPT knowledge, healthcare project management experience, and the ability to travel up to 30%. You will mentor auditors, assist with education sessions, and help grow the Coding Audit Services line.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding and PPS reimbursement systems (MS-DRG, APR-DRG, APC, and RBRVS).
• At least 1 year of managing contract deliverables in a healthcare setting.

Mansioni

• Oversee and maintain coding audit projects, establishing timelines and communicating progress to leadership and client.
• Address client questions and audit project issues as they arise.
• Mentor and train new auditors; perform peer reviews and provide feedback.
