Job summary

Savista, LLC is seeking a Coding Audit Project Manager to coordinate coding audits, manage timelines, and communicate progress to clients and leadership. The role involves guiding auditors, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality audit findings.

You will mentor junior staff, train teams on auditing tools, and participate in client education sessions. Travel up to 30% is expected as part of client support.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10, CPT coding and PPS systems (MS-DRG, APR-DRG, APC, RBRVS).
• 1 year minimum project management in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain each coding audit project with timelines and client communication.
• Address client questions and audit project issues as they arise.
• Mentor and train new auditors; provide peer reviews and feedback.
• Guide auditing colleagues in establishing remote access and auditing tools.
• Create audit summary reports and perform quality reviews of recommendations.
• Ensure consistency across audits and among auditors.
• Conduct client exit conferences and coding education sessions.
