• Maintain coding standards for productivity with high accuracy.
• Possibly handle ER Facility Charging as applicable.
• Follow up on outstanding unbilled accounts regularly and minimize re-bills.
• Communicate questions to Coding Manager or HIM Services Director to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with medical staff to resolve coding issues and maintain documentation.
• Maintain current knowledge/certification and pursue professional growth.
