Job summary

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years outpatient coding experience, especially in trauma and surgical subspecialties, and holds CPC or CCS-P certification. 8:30–4:00, M-F, on-site position with Methodist Health System benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Health Information Management.
• Minimum 2 years recent outpatient coding experience.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or CCS-P required.
• Experience in Trauma/General Surgery/Orthopedics/Neurosurgery coding preferred.
