Qualifications

• Strong ability to communicate written and oral coding information to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review charges inpatient and outpatient for various providers and assign CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10 codes.
• Research coding inquiries and educate providers on coding/documentation.
• Participate in department meetings and maintain high coding accuracy and production.
