Job summary

Sanitas is seeking a Medical Center Manager in the Houston-Katy area to lead daily operations for a busy medical center. You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, drive service excellence, and monitor KPIs to improve patient flow and outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating with medical leadership, managing scheduling and payroll, and ensuring a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years in supervisory/leadership role (hospitality, healthcare, or service).
• Experience managing staff in fast-paced, service-focused environment.
• Advanced English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the medical center and staff to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor KPIs, support care gap closure and population health initiatives.
• Ensure patient experience from check-in to discharge is seamless.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and payroll approvals; control overtime within budget.
• Promote safety, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement across centers.
• Lead daily huddles and coordinate with clinical leadership for performance improvement.
