United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Memorial Hermann Surgery Center - Katy to lead day-to-day operations, partnering with physicians, staff, and governing boards to sustain quality care and operational excellence.

The Administrator oversees financial performance, quality initiatives, and adherence to regulatory standards, coordinating with facility leadership and USPI's Home Office to drive sustainable success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of senior administrative or healthcare management experience.
• Experience working with physicians and clinical leadership.
• Experience with budgeting and achieving financial goals in healthcare leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facility operations including administrative, clinical support, and business functions.
• Serve as liaison between Governing Board, Medical Staff, facility leadership, and USPI Home Office.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and address operational risks.
• Oversee staffing and workforce planning and performance management.
• Support physician relationships, credentialing processes, and medical staff coordination.
• Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts.
• Support quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives.
• Participate in operational reviews and facility performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities for service line development and operational improvement.
