Job summary

Sanitas of Texas LLC is seeking a Medical Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead clinical and administrative teams, and drive performance in alignment with organizational goals.

You will ensure high-quality patient care, manage scheduling, staffing, and budgets, monitor KPIs, and promote safety and compliance across the center.

The role requires 3–5 years in a supervisory capacity within healthcare or service industries, strong leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent leadership experience).
• 3–5 years in a supervisory/leadership role (hospitality, retail, customer service, or healthcare).
• Proven track record of improving customer/patient satisfaction and driving operational results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent care experience by achieving service level goals and de-escalating issues.
• Oversee scheduling, provider utilization, and cancellations/no-shows; ensure referrals and HIM workflows followed.
• Lead daily huddles to plan the day, coordinate care, and monitor KPIs.
• Monitor patient flow and care coordination across centers to improve satisfaction.
• Support safety, staffing, and compliance with policies; promote teamwork and engagement.
